This is a very famous method to
reduce any pain caused by high heels. In this method, you tape your third and fourth toes together and then wear your heels. Obviously, it won’t work on heels with open toes. The rationale behind this method is that there is a nerve that splits between your third and fourth toes that causes pain when pressure is put on it. When you tape your third and fourth toes together, it would
reduce the pressure put on the balls of your feet.
3. Maximize the comfort level of your heels

gel insoles to reduce the pressure on your feet, you can easily get it from any shoe store or medical store. If you feel like your feet can slide in your heels, then use
heel liners to prevent sliding off your feet.
