Sometimes it might be true but it is essential that you pay attention to your fitness too. You don't have to spend hours in gym exercising till your bones ache. Medical and fitness experts are now of the opinion that short bursts of exercise are as effective as longer sessions. Excuses for not exercising

How to overcome this excuse/problem?

Try to incorporate simple exercise into your routine, try to walk instead of drive to places which are near to your house. Try to work out for at least a half an hour, four or five times a week. Also, try to keep your body active, when you are watching tv or are on phone try to do stretching exercises or on the spot jogging. These tips can help you to be fit while not consuming much of your time.

2. Exercising Makes Me Tired

If you’re not used to working out, you will initially find it tiring. Things will get better with regular physical activity promotes energy and will, over time, the result would help you in having far more energy than you did when you were inactive.

You can overcome this problem by gradually building the pace and length of your workouts so that you won’t exhaust yourself, and you'll be less likely to give up.
To further decrease the likelihood of becoming tired, get sufficient sleep and drink plenty of water.  Try to experiment with the timing of your workout.

3. Lack of Motivation

Many people use a lack of motivation as an excuse for not exercising.

I know the moment we see all these models flaunting their flat stomach we feel this urge of getting up and getting a toned stomach, but as soon as the time actually comes we either don't have the right time or motivation. But this lack of motivation can prevent you from achieving your goals.

How to overcome it?

First, make a regular schedule. It becomes easier to form an exercise habit if you work out at the same time and on the same days each week.
Also, you need a goal. Seeing the progress you make along the way will motivate you to keep on going.

4. Hating Exercise

Sometimes we form preconceived ideas about things that we haven't even tried yet. The same we do with exercising. It's important to at least try. Some people find a reason such as exhaustion and time to keep on continuing the image of hate for exercise in their mind which restricts them from being fit.

Try different exercises until you find the one you enjoy the most and try to find as many as you can. Alternating activities is an excellent way to grow your fitness and keep things interesting. Try to make a playlist of music that you enjoy working out to, ask your family and friends to join in on your routine. If still you can’t get motivated enough then try to think of the feeling of satisfaction after you finish your workout for the day.

5. It is Costly

A lack of money is one of the fakest excuse people use for not exercising. You don't need to join a gym or buy expensive exercise equipment to get into shape if you actually want to.

Find exercises that do not require you to go to the gym or ones which needs any equipment. Exercises like running just require supportive sports shoes and resistance bands are another efficient and inexpensive workout option.
Look for inexpensive work out options online and find the ones which suit you most (financially).

The most important thing that one should remember is that whether we like it or not exercising is the best way to stay fit, it is essential that we make it our priority. Don't let such petty excuses from keeping you from achieving your health goals. Believe us once you actually get down to exercise and make it your habit you'll realise its benefits and would be hooked.
