Menopause is the phase when a woman tends to gain the extra pound and is unable to shed it off her body. This leads to her being overweight which then results in Hormonal Imbalance.

One other reason for Hormonal Imbalance (for both male and female) is the high intake of alcohol and regular smoking.

There are hardly people who really know the demerits of alcohol consumption. Mostly, people think that high or regular consumption of alcohol damages the liver. But that is not all. Regular or high intake of alcohol not only disrupts the smooth functioning of the liver, but it also has a negative effect on the nervous system which might, in the long run, lead to several diseases related to brain and its proper functioning. These complications are many times incurable too. Hormonal imbalance due to alcohol consumption and regular smoking sometimes leads to Infertility (especially in men).

When in doubt, you must consult your doctor to know the real reason for Hormonal imbalance so as to take a preventive measure from further complications. Hormonal imbalance can give women a tough time during her pregnancy, especially during the labour period.

Various tests can be done to ascertain the complications and hence timely treatment becomes possible. But there are some natural ways by which we can prevent hormonal imbalance in our body and they are quite simple and easy to do. Some of them are:

Removal of unwanted hair from any body part reduces chances of diseases and helps improve mental strength. When you look good, you feel good, and this builds up your confidence and with this boost in confidence, your mental health improves incredibly.

It is nothing to be ashamed of or feel inferior to anyone if you suffer from this imbalance. Imbalance happens in our everyday lives also. Similarly, this imbalance occurs in our body which needs to be taken care of.
