According to researchers, learning a new language in a short space of time can help the brain grow. Also learning a new language helps you understand the culture and tradition of the native speakers of that language. And now you can also watch more movies and read more books than you did previously and that too in a new language.

Learning to play an instrument might sound a bit difficult but, with passion and interest, you can master it in no time. of all the musical instruments, guitar and keyboard are the best and easiest to play. Don’t worry if you are slow initially when you started because the slower you go the faster you will get there.

Try to write a journal every day. This helps you to organise your thoughts and improve your writing skills too.  Writing also helps you relieve stress and anxiety. So whenever you feel disturbed,  take a book and pen and start writing.
