Your short term-goals can be as short as daily goals, but it has to be something that helps you grow and evolve as a person.


2. Make a plan

You need to have a realistic plan to achieve your goals. The thing about plans are that you need to have all the information about a particular objective, this way if you ever have to modify or change the plan, you can do it swiftly without much stress. You need to be aware of every aspect of your goal in order to make plans.


3. Practice

A lot of people who are successful right now are the best at their jobs, this is because they recognized what their skill is and spent all their energy to hone that skill. You don’t get to be the best without practising every day.


4. Outlet for stress

To handle stress, you need to have healthy options to let it out. You don’t need to take out a whole day, you can simply spend 30 minutes to 1 hour each day by meditating, exercising, painting or reading. It can be anything that calms your mind and allows you to think clearly.
