This would be the most refreshing drink you’ll ever have. It flushes out toxins and is great for your skin too. For this, you’ll need 1 cucumber (sliced), 1 lemon (sliced), 2-3 inches of ginger finely chopped, 15-20 mint leaves and 1 litre of water. Combine all these ingredients and leave it overnight so all that it infuses well with each other. Drink it on empty stomach and save a little for the rest of the day. Drink this simple homemade remedy for weight loss. Soak 2 table spoons of cumin in water and let it rest overnight. Then boil these soaked cumin seeds in the morning and drink it every day for 4-5 weeks.
