Natural Solutions For Anti Ageing & Wrinkle Free Skin

Who doesn’t wish for a soft glowing blemish free bright skin? Everyone does.
Not only women, but men too desire for a fair flawless skin. But in this fast-paced life today, we believe expensive skin products or salons are our answers which most people cannot afford due to tight finances or sometimes lack of time management.

So, today, we will know some important natural ingredients that are either easily found at homes or available in markets at affordable prices. Nature has given us such skin care products in abundance but they have been neglected through ages.

These are the ingredients which work for almost every skin type and has no side effects at all.


1. Olive oil

It is a very effective ingredient and can be used on all types of skin to get rid of wrinkles and fine lines that appear as signs of ageing. One need not worry about any sort of stickiness or side effects since it has none. Olive oil not only lightens the age spots but also helps in tightening sagging skin. It is a powerhouse of Vitamin E & A which our skin is usually deprived of. These vitamins increase the elasticity of the skin making it appear younger.

It is very easy to use the product. First, you need to clean your face, neck and other affected parts with lukewarm water/rose water with a clean cotton. After that is done, take a few drops of olive oil onto your palm and very softly, apply and massage it the dry face & neck in a circular motion. Be careful, not to massage your face roughly. Continue to massage your face & neck for around 7 – 10 minutes just before going to bed. The next morning, cleanse your face & neck with cold water and pat your face dry with a soft clean towel. Please do not rub it vigorously. After using it for a week regularly, you will see the bright difference it will make to your skin.




2. Aloe Vera

One can rely on aloe vera for almost anything ranging from skin blemishes to hair problems. Aloe vera comes to your aid for everything. It has anti-inflammatory properties which is the reason why many expensive skin products use it. It removes the excess oil from the skin hence making your skin acne & pimple free.

Aloe vera can be used quite easily. We only need to scoop out the gel by cutting the leaf from the middle. Now, this gel should be applied to a clean face softly in a circular motion for at least 10 minutes. It should be then allowed to rest for about 30 minutes and finally, rinse it off with water.




3. Honey

Honey is nature’s answer for all kinds of skin problems. It keeps your skin hydrated, removes dead cells & accelerated generation of new cells in the skin, lightens scars and age spots. It is loaded with Vitamin B which improves the suppleness and elasticity of the skin.

The easiest way to use Honey is by applying a spoonful of it on clean face and then massage it softly in a circular motion for around 10 minutes. Allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes or until it dries up. Finally, we will use lukewarm water to cleanse our face.




4. Water

Water is found in abundance but it often goes neglected as an important part of daily skin care regimen. Drinking of about 8 – 10 glasses regularly keeps skin hydrated and fights bad bacteria in the stomach due to overeating, improper eating or consuming oily food largely.




5. Green Tea

Green tea is not only a refreshing drink that aids weight loss process. It helps in lowering bad cholesterol thus reducing any scope for skin flaws.




6. Vitamin E

It is a very important ingredient that is used in all skin products worldwide. The juice or oil from Vitamin E capsules provides the skin with the utmost important nutrient that the skin is often deprived of.

Vitamin E oil can be applied directly on to your clean face or on the affected area. You can also mix it with honey or aloe vera to get better results.




7. Raw Milk

It may sound strange, but raw milk is a natural cleanser, toner and moisturiser. Just dip a clean cotton in a bowl of raw milk (around 1 teaspoon) and apply it on your face. It will wipe off the dirt that had covered your face during the whole day. Wash off your face with cool water after about 10 minutes.




8. Turmeric

Indian kitchens are a storehouse of many skin solutions. One such ingredient is Turmeric. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties which reduce dark spots and lightens skin tone. Turmeric when mixed with rose water and gram flour works wonders for all skin types and at any point in time during the year.

Gram flour is a natural exfoliator which gets all dirt and dead cells accumulated on the skin ousted and turmeric fights bad bacteria and rose water moistens skin and keeps it hydrated. This face mask is unbeatable when it comes to the lightening of skin tones, giving it a radiant glow. You will love this.



Seasonal fruits like papaya, avocado, banana can be used for skin care by applying them on the face and massaging it softly and in circles all over. Then after it dries up in around 10 – 15 minutes, rinse it off with cool water and see the difference.
   
The natural ingredients alone can never give you the desired glow on your skin. Yes, you get that absolutely correct. To get your desired results there are many other things which should be taken care of.

A healthy diet, regular exercises, cutting down on carbs, increasing fluid intake, reducing intake of foods like white sugar, white bread, all-purpose flour and the likes of such greatly improves your skin tone. Mental ill health like stress, depression and anxiety can also cause skin problems. Skin blemishes are also caused by excessive smoking and alcohol consumption.
